mbi8 Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", or "Member") and mbi8 (the "Company", "Platform", "We", "Us", or "Our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at https://mbi8.cam (the "Website" or "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Website, making a deposit, or placing any wager through mbi8, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the mbi8 platform.

mbi8 operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform serving players across Malaysia, including but not limited to players located in Kuala Lumpur, Penang, Johor Bahru, Petaling Jaya, and Shah Alam. All monetary amounts displayed and transacted on mbi8 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless expressly stated otherwise.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of this Agreement.

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

To register and maintain an active account on mbi8, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your membership:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your continued use of the platform.
• You are a natural person acting in your own capacity. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited or unlawful.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off restriction, or account suspension placed by mbi8 or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You have not previously had an account on mbi8 that was closed, suspended, or terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of mbi8 or any of its affiliated entities, technology providers, or payment processing partners.
• You are registering using your own genuine personal details. The use of false, incomplete, or third-party identity information is strictly prohibited.

Each Player is permitted to maintain one (1) registered account only. Multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitute a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate termination of all associated accounts, the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds, and may result in the withholding of winnings pending investigation.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. You must update this information promptly should any of it change after registration.

mbi8 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and Hong Leong Bank. Cryptocurrency deposits are also supported via Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Tether USDT (TRC20), and BNB (BEP-20).

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Player's own name. mbi8 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Where a deposit is received from a source that cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder, mbi8 reserves the right to suspend the account, void any associated wagers, and return the deposited amount to the originating payment source.

• Minimum deposit: MYR 30 for e-wallets and cryptocurrency; MYR 50 for FPX bank transfers.
• Maximum deposit: Up to MYR 500,000 per transaction for FPX bank transfers. Limits for e-wallets are subject to the respective e-wallet provider's daily and transaction caps.
• Processing time: Instant for FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay; 5–10 minutes for standard bank transfers; 15–30 minutes for cryptocurrency deposits pending blockchain confirmation.
• Deposit fees: mbi8 does not charge deposit fees. Network or transaction fees imposed by third-party providers (including cryptocurrency network fees) are the responsibility of the depositing Player.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time provided that: (a) the account holder has completed KYC verification; (b) there are no outstanding wagering requirements attached to the funds being withdrawn; and (c) the account is in good standing with no pending investigation or restriction applied.

mbi8 reserves the right to delay processing of any withdrawal pending standard KYC verification, fraud screening, or investigation of suspected policy breach. Where a withdrawal is delayed for investigative reasons, mbi8 will notify the Player within a reasonable timeframe. The Player's deposited funds are safeguarded throughout any investigative period.

mbi8 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion and the general provisions set out in this Section 7.

• Wagering Requirement: Unless expressly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed in full before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100% of stakes wagered. Live dealer table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Specific contribution rates are stated per promotion.
• Time Limits: Each bonus carries an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be completed. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings expire automatically at the end of this period.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus promotion at any time. Activating a new bonus before completing an existing one may result in the forfeiture of the prior bonus.
• Birthday Bonus: The birthday bonus (Bronze MYR 188 / Silver MYR 388 / Gold MYR 888 / VIP MYR 2,688) is credited automatically to eligible accounts during the account holder's birthday month, subject to account verification and minimum activity requirements.
• Referral Bonus: The MYR 38 referral reward is credited upon the referred friend completing account registration, KYC verification, and making a qualifying first deposit. Self-referrals or referrals using multiple accounts are prohibited and will result in forfeiture of all associated rewards.
• Abuse Prevention: mbi8 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of promotional terms contrary to their intended purpose.

All bets and wagers placed through mbi8 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or sports market, as published in the respective game interface, help section, or sports betting rules guide. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail for that particular game or market.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the mbi8 platform. Engagement in any of the activities below will result in immediate account suspension, potential permanent termination, forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or using counterfeit, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer games or poker tables.
• Chip Dumping: Deliberately losing funds to another Player's account in a manner designed to transfer value outside normal gameplay.
• Bonus Abuse: Using multiple accounts, false identities, or systematic arbitrage strategies to exploit bonus terms contrary to their intended purpose.
• Software Exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automated betting systems, exploits, or third-party software to interact with the mbi8 platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Money Laundering: Using the mbi8 platform for any purpose related to concealing the proceeds of criminal activity. mbi8 cooperates fully with law enforcement agencies and financial intelligence units in all applicable jurisdictions.
• Harassment: Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing communication directed at mbi8 staff, support agents, or other Players through any channel.

mbi8 is committed to promoting safe, responsible, and informed gambling behaviour. We recognise that gambling can become harmful for some individuals and we take our duty of care to Players seriously.

The following player-controlled tools are available to all registered mbi8 members at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum session durations to prevent extended uninterrupted play.
• Loss Limits: Establish maximum net loss thresholds over a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary cooling-off period (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion. During any active self-exclusion, you will be prevented from logging in, depositing, or placing bets.
• Reality Checks: Enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying your session duration and net gaming activity.

All content on the mbi8 Website, including but not limited to the brand name, logo, interface design, graphics, text, software, game assets, audio, and promotional materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of mbi8 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the mbi8 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. No other rights are granted. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or publicly display any content from the mbi8 platform without prior written consent from mbi8.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi8 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and technology partners shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or gaming opportunity — arising from or in connection with:

• Interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the mbi8 platform, whether scheduled or unscheduled;
• Technical errors, software malfunctions, or connectivity failures beyond mbi8's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials;
• Any act or omission of a third-party payment processor, game provider, or telecommunications provider;
• Your reliance on any information, odds, or promotional material published on the Website which is subsequently corrected.

Where liability cannot be fully excluded by law, the maximum aggregate liability of mbi8 to any individual Player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the net deposited amount held in that Player's Account at the time the relevant event giving rise to the claim occurred.

mbi8 reserves the right to amend, update, or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material in nature, mbi8 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players by posting a prominent notification on the Website and, where practicable, sending an email notification to the address registered on the Player's account.

Your continued use of the mbi8 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 4.3.

The most current version of these Terms shall always be accessible at https://mbi8.cam/terms-conditions and shall supersede all prior versions. The effective date at the top of this document indicates the date of the most recent revision.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws governing mbi8's operations, as determined by mbi8's operating jurisdiction.

In the event of a dispute between a Player and mbi8 relating to a wager, account decision, or interpretation of these Terms, the Player should first contact mbi8's customer support team in writing via the support email or live chat facility. mbi8 will endeavour to resolve all disputes in good faith within a reasonable timeframe.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication with mbi8 support, the matter may be escalated to mbi8's formal complaints process as described in our FAQ. mbi8's decision on all gaming and betting outcomes is final and binding in the absence of demonstrable technical error.
